教科目名	英語演習Ⅱ English Seminar II

授業の目標と概要

英語演習Ⅱでは、英語の４技能（listening, speaking, reading, speaking)の向上を図るが、特にreading能力と

writing能力の向上を目指す。英文をある程度の速度で正確に把握する練習を行なう。明瞭で正確な英文を構成する練

習も行なう。（科学的英文も含む。）

カリキュラムにおける位置づけ

英語演習Ⅰはlisteningとspeaking、英語演習Ⅱはreadingとwritingと扱う範囲をおおまかに決めているが、両者は密

接に関連している。例えば同一の教科書を２冊使用して、総合的に英語の基礎力を向上させることを目指している。

なお科学英語のwriting力の向上も目指している。

十分に予習をして授業に臨むこと。

評価基準

英語の４技能（特に「読むこと」と「書くこと」）の能力を持ち、英文を正しく書けるようになること。TOEIC 400以上の実力が認められること。（なおTOEICを最低１度は受検する必要がある。）

評価法

定期試験66%，（授業内課題）17%，（授業外課題）17%
